About the client
Angie and her partner Vas are the owners of Melbourne party hire company, The Party and Event Co, and previous clients of mine. Covid-19 incapacitated this business so the two moved quickly to pivot business with an offering called Hampered – a gift hamper service with same day and next day delivery around Melbourne.
The ecommerce website required special features:
- Customer chooses a specific delivery date
- An extra cost is added if the customer selects same day delivery
- Up-sell option on specific products
- A seamless, step by step checkout process specifically for gift giving.
