FAQs – Common Questions Answered
My standard payment terms for The Brand Experience are:
25% To lock your project in my diary.
25% When your visual identity is approved.
25% Website design approval.
25% Before your website goes live.
Considering a standard project can be 10-12 weeks, this does give you time to make full payment. You can also approach me early to lock the project in my calendar to give yourself more time.
My standard payment terms for Design in a Day are:
50% To lock your project in my diary.
50% A week before Design Day (you typically have at least a month in between these two payments but we can make it longer.
If for some reason this is not possible for you, I am willing to discuss payment plans on a case by case basis, however final payment must be received before any finished artwork is handed over.

It depends on the service! The Brand Experience typically takes 8-10 weeks to design and implement, while Design in a Day gets things done (you guessed it) in a single day but you are required to do your own homework leading up to it. The Brand Audit is quick and actionable—I’ll deliver your feedback within two weeks.
Got an urgent project? Design in a Day could be the perfect fit. We’ll focus on exactly what you need, fast—but still keep it top-notch. No compromising on quality.
While I don’t typically work with partially completed branding, I’m happy to include your existing ideas during the pre-strategy phase to ensure they’re considered in the process.
We’ll chat throughout the process to make sure everything feels spot on. I’m big on collaboration, so you’ll never be left in the dark. And if something isn’t right, we’ll sort it out. Simple as that.
When you pay for your Design in a Day, you are locking in your time in my diary. I also provide you with valuable IP that I use for the branding process or other design assets. For that reason, I cannot offer refunds; however, you can reschedule your Design in a Day at least 10 business days prior with written notice. If you need to reschedule within 10 days of your Design Day, there is a 25% rescheduling fee.
